Hywit Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Authorized use

• Use Hywit only for lawful purposes and compliant workflows.
• Do not reverse engineer, interfere with the service, or access data you do not own or have explicit rights to process.
• Agents built on Hywit must honor third-party terms (including Google APIs) and applicable privacy laws.

3. Intellectual property

Hywit retains ownership of the platform, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content and workflows you create while granting Hywit a limited license to host and operate them as needed to provide the service.

4. Beta features

Early or experimental features may be modified or discontinued without notice and are provided "as is." Feedback you provide may be used to improve Hywit without restriction.

5. Pricing and termination

Some functionality may require a paid plan. Hywit may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements. You may terminate at any time by closing your account, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Hywit provides the service "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hywit is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Hywit in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction, except where U.S. law requires otherwise for American customers.
