What is a POD?
A POD is a unit pack that includes a defined set of runs, AI usage, and compute resources. Take as many PODs as you need. If you need more parallel runs, take more PODs.
What counts as a Run?
A Run is a complete run of all the steps in a flow or agent. Individual cell-level runs aren't counted against your run total. Complete runs via Run All, a scheduled run, or an agent in production count against your run total.
How do AI usage credits work?
You get access to every model we support, and you're charged the actual cost the model provider charges plus a 5% markup. The same credit pool covers everything: building flows and agents, running automations with agentic nodes, and AI agent requests and responses.

How do runs work on Desktop?
Runs are unlimited on Desktop. There's no POD system and no run cap, run as many flows and agents as your own machine can handle.

How do AI usage credits work?
On Managed AI, you get access to every model we support and you're charged the actual cost the model provider charges plus a 5% markup, drawn from your monthly credits. That covers building flows and agents, running automations with agentic nodes, and AI agent requests and responses. On BYOK you use your own provider key, so there's no Hywit markup at all.
